Case Study: Victoria's Secret

The Problem:

Victoria’s Secret teamed up with one of the world’s largest talent agencies, Modelina, to create a video that showcased some of the agency’s top talents that were featured in the 2009 Victoria’s Secret fashion show. The job requirement was to create a cutting-edge video that featured the models.

Victoria’s Secret didn’t have a creative team in place, and to create one would take time and money. They needed a team that could provide professional translation services such as video editing and graphic design to “bring the dream to life” quickly.

How We Helped Victoria’s Secret:

The company needed 8 hours of raw video footage to be combined into a 2 minute video. This required creative direction. In addition, Victoria’s Secret had a bit of a mess to deal with regarding all the raw video footage, but no creative team to make it a reality. Metro Audio and Video was one of the few companies that had the confidence to take on this complicated project with a tight deadline!

It would take years to assemble a creative team needed to pull off this video. It didn’t make sense for Victoria’s Secret to have the overhead of having a full-time staff in-house. Outsourcing the project to us was more feasible for their budget. We had the team already in place and could execute in a timely manner, within budget.

We simplified the process for Victoria’s Secret and delivered a cutting-edge video, on time and within budget. After all, we’re a one-stop-shop – a full “plug and play” creative team ready to deliver a polished product.
