Case Study: Amazon
The Problem:
In the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Amazon wanted to reach out to its non-English speaking customers about the virus in over 20 languages. These included Arabic for Egypt and Saudi Arabia, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Spanish, French and many more. Amazon’s videos required subtitles and voice overs. All voice talents were required to have similar soft voices and timbre. The timeline of this project was very crucial as Amazon had to extend its reach fast.
How We Helped Amazon:
